Job Summary:Fisher Investments is seeking dynamic individuals to join our International Private Client Group as International Client Services Associates. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional service to our high net worth clients based in the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment while contributing to changing the industry landscape.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Communicate effectively with high net worth UK clients and partner firms in both the US and UK.• Collaborate with Investment Counselors to address operational requests and ensure client satisfaction.• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including establishing accounts and resolving documentation and transfer issues.• Provide ongoing account maintenance and support for existing UK clients.• Work closely with various internal departments, including portfolio management and sales, to meet client needs and expectations.Qualifications and Experience:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Strong commitment to maintaining quality of work and adhering to timelines.• Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.• Willingness to embrace new cultures and regulatory environments as part of our global expansion.• Client-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver appropriate solutions.Why Fisher Investments:At Fisher Investments, we are dedicated to bettering the investment universe and providing a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees.
