Job Description

The Director of Sales & Operations will oversee and guide the performance of Regional Sales & Operations Managers across our licensed California and Florida locations. This leadership position focuses exclusively on ensuring our locations achieve operational excellence, exceed revenue targets, and provide exceptional customer experiences. The role will drive the implementation of strategies that enhance brand growth and streamline operations, positioning us as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement systems, processes, and standards to ensure all locations operate efficiently and consistently, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Achieve Revenue Growth: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across all locations.

  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring actionable insights are implemented effectively.

  • Standardize Customer Experience: Establish and maintain high operational standards to ensure a consistent and premium customer journey across all locations.

  • Optimize Location Performance: Collaborate with location leaders to troubleshoot challenges, implement solutions, and drive location-level success.

  • Leadership Development: Mentor and coach Regional and District Managers to build high-performing, results-oriented teams aligned with company objectives.

  • Develop Succession Plans: Identify and cultivate high-potential leaders within the organization to ensure a strong talent pipeline and seamless leadership transitions.

  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that align with long-term business goals and support the company’s growth trajectory.

  • Collaborate for Brand Growth: Work with marketing team to design and execute campaigns that drive traffic, increase memberships, and enhance overall brand visibility.

  • Innovate for Scalability: Identify and implement best practices to support the scalability of the brand as it expands into new markets.

  • Foster a Results-Driven Culture: Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, ensuring locations meet profitability goals and operate within established budgets.

  • Operational Troubleshooting: Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, working closely with location teams to implement resolutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in operations or sales leadership, preferably in multi-unit fitness, wellness, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an asset.

  • Experience in scaling operations and leading geographically distributed teams.

  • Track record of achieving revenue and performance goals in a customer-focused environment.

Location

  • Remote in California or Florida. You will have to travel to our studios as needed.
