In this dynamic role, you'll not only present and analyze sales performance for the SME segment but also dive deep into customer metrics to drive acquisition rates and retention strategies. Building solid relationships with our SME clients is key, and you'll be responsible for negotiating contracts and resolving any customer issues promptly to ensure their satisfaction. We're looking for someone with a university degree and over three years of experience in a trading company, a go-getter with excellent communication skills in both Polish and English. Your expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, will help you in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
