This role is integral to our scaling operations in the North American (NAM) region, combining office management, payroll administration, and HR responsibilities. Reporting directly to a C-Level executive, you will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, serving as the primary HR point of contact for NAM and playing a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and employee experiences.

The base salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $175,000 in the State of New York. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

This role is pivotal as we scale our operations in the North American region, merging office management, payroll administration, and HR responsibilities into one exciting position. You'll get involved in overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from managing supplies to liaising with vendors and coordinating a move to a new office. If you have experience designing collaborative office spaces, that’s a big plus! You will also take charge of payroll processes for our US and Canadian employees, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with regulations. But that's not all! You’ll manage the onboarding experience for new hires, coordinate company events, and help foster a vibrant team culture. To excel in this role, you'll need at least 4 years of relevant experience and a knack for adapting in fast-paced environments.
