Office Management/HR US (F/M/D)

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Admin/Office Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is integral to our scaling operations in the North American (NAM) region, combining office management, payroll administration, and HR responsibilities. Reporting directly to a C-Level executive, you will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, serving as the primary HR point of contact for NAM and playing a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and employee experiences.

Role and responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as managing supplies and maintenance, liaising with vendors, and coordinating office changes. A key project will involve overseeing the transition to a new office, requiring previous experience in designing and managing the creation of a new office space that meets the team's needs and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Payroll Administration, handle payroll processes for employees in the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Onboarding, manage the onboarding process for new employees, creating a welcoming and organised experience.
  • HR Point of Contact, act as the main HR representative for the NAM region, addressing employee queries and supporting people-related initiatives.
  • Event and Team Building Organisation, coordinate and execute company events, team-building activities, and in-person meetings to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Collaboration with Leadership, assist C-Level executives with strategic priorities, including benchmarking, and ensuring effective communication through internal channels.

Background and experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, HR Assistant, or Office Management.
  • Proven ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in the Finance, Crypto, or Banking sectors is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $175,000 in the State of New York. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
