We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Team and ensure a smooth transition for customers from signed deals to fully onboarded and live accounts. This role is critical in keeping sales processes moving efficiently, troubleshooting any roadblocks, and providing excellent communication with both customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and isn’t afraid to hustle to get things done. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
Follow up with newly signed customers to collect payments and schedule onboarding.
Coordinate with the Implementation Team to guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a successful Go Live.
Monitor Salesforce data to ensure customers are progressing smoothly and proactively address any bottlenecks.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear expectations and updates throughout the process.
Weekly meetings with sales leadership to provide updates or review issues
Payments Operations
Collect required documentation from customers and submit finalized agreements to payment vendors.
Manage shipping information for payment terminals, handle administrative tasks within third-party portals, and coordinate support issues with external vendors.
Ensure payment terminals are properly functioning and integrated with Flowhub and that customers are successfully set up to go live.
Assist customers in adopting new payments products as they are launched.

This role is open to anyone within the United States, except for candidates in CA, NY, and WA, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.
SALARY RANGE: $55k-$65k per year + Equity
