The People Systems and Data Analyst will own the production, analysis and monitoring of key HR metrics and insights. Ensuring the data is robust and accurate, identifying key areas of concerns and trends and recommendations for improvement. You will drive the HR data strategy, ensuring that HR data and Board reporting is of the highest possible standard and drives business performance.
You will also champion the HRIS and other HR systems ensuring that they seamlessly integrate with people processes enabling the people team to support the business effectively. You work with and challenge the business to drive the people data agenda for the overall success of the business.

As an HR Systems & Data Analyst at Focus Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our People & Culture function. With a starting salary between £30,000 and £35,000, this position allows for hybrid work out of any Focus Group office, whether it be in bustling Glasgow, scenic Edinburgh, or vibrant Birmingham. Your main responsibility will be to champion our HR data strategy, ensuring we maintain the highest standards in our HR metrics and insights. You’ll be collaborating closely with the Head of People Operations to harness data for effective people management while conducting thorough data validation and quality assurance. Your analytical skills will shine as you explore employee demographics and organizational trends, producing crucial monthly People Board reports and handling annual gender pay gap reporting. We pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, and you’ll be instrumental in developing dashboards that help our business partners make informed decisions. In addition, you’ll oversee our HRIS, support its users, and ensure seamless data integrations.
