The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking to hire an Information Technology Manager to be reporting to the Direcor of Digital Enablement-KSA, and be responsible for the delivery of different IT infrastructure projects as well as Network and IT Administration projects, developing of IT policies and procedures ensuring best practice and regulatory compliance, consistent with business values.

What You Will Do❓

  • Translates business strategy into IT strategy defining measurable, executable work plans, developing strategic IT roadmap supporting the business needs and aligned with the corporate overall direction.
  • Leads and coordinates implementation of new services, infrastructure, information systems and enhancements to current services to improve administrative, compliance, processes and business operations starting with the business requirements and security controls, in alignment with Foodics operational & strategic goals.
  • Provides support services necessary for operational continuity, including infrastructure, information systems, integration, assets and collaboration tools.
  • Liaise & align with Cyber & Information Security Strategies. Lead and manage implementation & validation of security controls complying with internal/external regulations.
  • Develops and collaborates on policies, procedures, and related documentation to formalize standards, service capability, and service level expectations.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant role
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology or any relevant central - MBA is a plus.
  • Have the needed experiences allowing them to provide a proven track record of successful IT project delivery, an ability to improve processes practices, and substantial team leadership experience focusing on team development in the relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes.
  • Financial and commercial acumen - the ability to quickly understand the business and manage budgets, cost, and profitability management & reporting skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority, with high-level communication, Interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful projects communication, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, Tech, or relevant fields is preferred.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal and written).
