Job Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The Supply Chain Solution Architect will serve as a key designer of End-to-End supply chain initiatives aimed at building a competitively advantaged supply chain across FBIN. The Supply Chain Solution Architect will lead large-scale, cross-functional, enterprise-wide process design initiatives to improve customer experience, costs, and inventory productivity, in addition, present process design status updates to executive level leadership. This hands-on role will leverage end-to-end supply chain, advanced analytics, change management, and project management expertise.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
Lead large-scale, cross-functional, enterprise-wide supply planning process design initiatives to improve customer experience, costs, and inventory productivity.
Design and configure supply chain planning systems to support business requirements by leading a workstream project team of internal, external and customer experts.
Function as Lead Architect on a small project or large project workstream to design required process changes.
Identify potential process improvements within the Supply Chain area (with a particular focus on supply planning, manufacturing planning, and shop floor execution.)
Create and present effective and insightful executive level project updates on a regular basis.
Professionally challenge current and/or traditional ways of thinking and create innovative approaches that will improve business outcomes.
Be a thought leader by collaborating with executives, senior planning leaders, and fellow supply chain process architects to define Fortune Brands supply planning strategy and roadmap.
Define the vision and strategy of our supply planning processes that satisfy the key business use cases by carefully balancing pragmatism, standardization, and meeting the requirements.
Solve business problems by working with our internal and external customers to understand their needs and finally deliver planning processes that have a measurable impact on the company.
Help advance Demand Driven Planning (DDMRP) methodology and planning processes by educating and influencing key stakeholders on innovative approaches of analyzing and managing the end-to-end supply chain.
Define and document best practices and standards for the Supply Planning teams.
Gather requirements for Supply Chain Planning including planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing cycle times and productivity improvement.
Provide architecture guidance on individual system designs; Architect designs and solutions to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities on Orchestr8 (O8).
Experience in supply chain end-to-end processes including demand planning, supply planning, and/or logistics is required. Three years in a lead role is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading large scale, complex cross-functional strategic initiatives following a formal project management methodology (including tools and techniques) and/or Six Sigma DMAIC discipline is preferred.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
