As a Safety Supervisor, you'll lead our local safety strategy and work closely with site management to enhance our safety culture. You’ll play a critical role in developing safety programs that keep our Team members healthy and safe while minimizing company losses. We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in safety management. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments, as well as analyzing accident statistics to implement necessary changes. You'll communicate effectively with various partners and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Plus, you’ll have the chance to be a driving force in our safety initiatives, supporting both our Team members and our company’s mission.
