The Opportunity: 

Capa Server (On-Call)

 

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in Capa, our Spanish-influenced cuisine, rooftop steakhouse and bar with 1 – 2 years of Food & Beverage experience.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve the guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods 

  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile 

  • Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities 

  • Expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience 

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Background in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required. 

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team 

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 

  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 

  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 

 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
