Multifamily Property Management
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds, and performs highly diversified duties to include but not limited to: repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances; troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, safety and security systems (lighting, locks, smoke/CO2 alarms, etc.), and HVAC systems; painting (interior and exterior); and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.). The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols, and supports the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the Client, based on the respective operating capital budget and management agreement.

This crucial role involves ensuring the smooth running of our apartment community by handling a wide range of maintenance responsibilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform diverse duties, including repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances, troubleshooting plumbing and electrical systems, and conducting checks on HVAC units. You'll also engage in exterior and interior painting, keeping the beauty of our property intact. You’ll play a vital role in client relations, making sure we meet all expectations set forth by our community's owners. In this position, not only will you conduct routine inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ready them for new residents, but you’ll also be available for after-hours calls, ensuring emergencies are addressed promptly.
