They will be responsible for planning new and existing webcasts, collaborating with internal stakeholders, program design, working with the demand generation team to drive maximum registrations, producing the webcast, and monitoring results. This person must be results-oriented with a standard for high-quality. The role will require strong planning skills, communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to accuracy and detail.Essential Job FunctionsCoordinate live webcasts with key internal partners in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Manage the creation and planning of new recorded webcasts and take existing recorded webcast marketing efforts to the next level.Interpret timely industry and marketplace topics and collaborate with internal partners to create new webcasts.Manage marketing efforts with the demand generation team to drive registrations.Write and optimize copy for email, website, and other marketing assets for assigned webcasts.Work closely with and communicate clearly with our consultants.Communicate regularly with team members and build working relationships across teams and departments.Other projects, including live event and conference tasks as needed.Basic Qualifications3+ years of marketing experience.Associate’s degree or higher.Preferred Skills and ExperienceBA/BS in business, marketing, or related field.2+ years of webinar/webcast experience.Exceptional time management and planning skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.Bias for action, a pattern of achievement, energy, motivation, with strong brainstorming skills that enhance the overall creative thinking of a project/event.Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.Ability to adapt and be flexible in an ever-changing environment and list of assignments.For location-specific compensation (Exempt or Hourly status will be determined by physical location and local regulations.
