IT Support Level 3

The IT Support Level 3 role is responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to complex IT issues within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, FortiGate firewalls, and advanced networking concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Azure Cloud Administration: Set up, configure, and manage virtual desktops, servers, and services within Azure.
  • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot: Deploy, manage, and maintain endpoints efficiently.
  • Firewall Configuration: Expert in FortiGate setup, security policies, and troubleshooting.
  • Network Management: Advanced knowledge of VLANs, QoS, subnetting, and switching.
  • Customer Service & Documentation: Deliver exceptional service and maintain thorough documentation for all solutions provided.
  • Office 365 Administration: Manage users, security settings, email configurations, and backups.
  • Remote Software Management: Install and manage applications remotely across multiple environments.
  • IT Security Administration: Manage email filters, DNS settings, firewall rules, and security tools.
  • Backup & Virtualization Management: Handle backups and maintain virtual infrastructure effectively.
  • Task Automation: Utilize programming languages (e.g., PowerShell) to automate workflows and repetitive tasks.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Azure Cloud: Hands-on experience with virtual desktops and servers in the Azure environment.
  • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot: Expertise in deploying and managing endpoints.
  • FortiGate Firewalls: Strong background in configuration and administration.
  • Advanced Networking: Proficient in VLANs, QoS, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
