Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel start-up, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Ops Associates in managing various crucial aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to drive the team towards success.

Responsibilities

Fully own a part of the supply chain
Manage a team of Ops Associates
Manage communications with vendors & customers

Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and AD of Operations
