The Role

We're seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and implement technical solutions that solve complex business challenges for our largest customers. You'll work closely with product, support, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation of FURTHER’s platform.

What You’ll Own

Technical Implementation: Partner with CSMs to ensure customers experience a smooth technical implementation.

Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical escalation point for customer issues, providing quick and effective solutions while working closely with our engineering and broader support teams.

Technical Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage technical projects for customers, ensuring that timelines and customer expectations are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with the product team to influence the roadmap based on customer needs, while supporting the customer success team with technical escalations and guiding the implementation team on best practices and solution design to ensure seamless delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: 3+ years experience as a Solutions Architect or a customer-facing technical role such as Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.

Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, scripting languages like Javascript, Python, databases, and general understanding of how the modern internet works. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Solution Design: Proven track record of architecting and delivering innovative solutions for clients, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience. Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Project Management Skills: Experience in managing technical projects, setting expectations, and adhering to deadlines.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Bonus Points

Experience in healthcare or senior care industry

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

Compensation Band

Our openings span more than one career level. The target salary for this role is around $120,000 USD.

The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
