Execute due diligence on private equity opportunities
Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations
Review partnership agreements and negotiate terms
Monitor and report on portfolio performance
Support client relationship management

Education

Minimum undergraduate degree
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
