We are looking for an experienced hands-on Manager of Global Benefits to join our growing People Operations organization. This role will lead the end-to-end strategy and administration of our benefits programs as well as Health & Welfare/401(k) compliance for our rapidly-growing, global organization.

As Global Benefits Manager, you will: 

• Administer and analyze the organization’s comprehensive benefits programs (e.g. medical plans, retirement plans, leave-of-absence and disability policies, wellness programs, insurance policies.)
• Lead annual benefits renewal processes globally in partnership with benefits consultants and our insurance brokers
• Monitor, interpret and implement relevant changes related to government regulations/legislation
• Build robust Leaves of Absence processes (currently managed in-house) 
• Manage compliance-related programs including SOC2, SFHCO etc. 
• Work in liaison with the legal team in maintaining global H&W programs and agreements
• Own and maintain global benefit policies in partnership with the people PBP and legal team
• Perform open enrollment and new hire on-boarding benefit orientations
• Manage 401(k) compliance (audit) and committee meetings

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

• You have 7+ years experience in managing US and International benefits (APAC/EMEA)
• Have experience and an understanding of different funding options for H&W programs
• Demonstrated ability in managing policies, employment law related matters including documents
• Understand and can articulate how we create a self-serve environment, scale globally with a human touch.
• Desire to push the status quo and find efficiencies in how we spend more time on an impactful partnership within the people team and with functional internal stakeholders
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• A thorough understanding of HR practices, including employment law and regulations
• Experience in Workday highly preferred
• Fully proficient in Excel, PPT and G-Suite tools
• Bachelor's degree and benefits certification preferred (e.g. CEBS, CBP)

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $117,000 - $176,400 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $130,000 - $196,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus. 

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $130,000 - $196,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus. 

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $117,000 - $176,400 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus.

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $117,000 - $176,400 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus.

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
