Lead, Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive GTM and non-technical hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment for 10-12 positions per quarter while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes. You will also mentor junior recruiters when needed and contribute to operational leadership within the recruitment function.


Key responsibilities :
  • Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across GTM and non-technical roles.
  • Recruit for 10-12 roles per quarter, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering results.
  • Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.
  • Lead recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering team development when required.


What we’re looking for :
  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
