Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: One year of personal lines insurance account servicing. Knowledge of personal computer operations, including internet and Microsoft products, basic word and excel. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing - Customer Service Skills. Ability to take and follow directions. Ability to maintain an organized workflow. Must possess Property/Casualty license or be able to obtain within one month from date of hire to this position.
Tenure: Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative, category 13, requires six months as a Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative Trainee or equivalent with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Must have a demonstrated grasp on Agency activities and have mastered assigned duties. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completed may be substituted for tenure.
Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative (Category 13)
Salary Pay Range: $44,803 - $66,309 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
