Technical Trainer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Technical Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions using tools such as TeamViewer, Google Meet, or Zoom. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in these platforms and the ability to train diverse audiences on various technical topics. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication, instructional, and troubleshooting skills. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH UPDATED CV AND AN INTRO VIDEO WILL BE PROCESSED.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:
• Conduct virtual training sessions using Google Meet, Zoom, or other online platforms.
• Utilize TeamViewer to guide participants through hands-on technical demonstrations and problem-solving.
• Adapt training techniques to suit different learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
2. Content Development:
• Develop and update training materials, including user guides, presentations, and video tutorials.
• Ensure materials are clear, engaging, and aligned with training objectives.
3. Technical Support:
• Assist participants in resolving technical issues during training sessions.
• Provide pre-training setup support for attendees unfamiliar with the tools.
4. Evaluation and Feedback:
• Assess participant performance and understanding through quizzes, exercises, or assessments.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with team leads and stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Provide detailed training reports and recommendations for ongoing skill development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using TeamViewer, Google Meet, and Zoom for training and support.
• Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent instructional, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating interactive e-learning modules.
• Familiarity with other collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
