Job Description

As the newest member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our story to life while driving meaningful results across campaigns, content, and operations. You have a couple of years of experience or a solid internship in a marketing coordinator role, preferably with a SaaS platform company, and a passion for execution. You thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment where you can continue to develop your skills. What your days will look like:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to captivate audiences and drive engagement
  • Developing impactful content for marketing assets, including copy across emails, social media, guides, and presentations to elevate brand awareness
  • Managing and enhancing marketing activities in HubSpot – building campaigns, tracking performance, and streamlining workflows
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to refine and evaluate future strategies
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment, maximum impact, and drive results
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in all that you do!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in a marketing role coordinating email, content creation, and campaign execution - SaaS platform company experience preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills and a talent for juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to stay agile and hungry to learn
