Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities• Develop and advocate a comprehensive UX strategy for Gemini assisted experience through the entire application lifecycle, advocate for user-centered design, and align UX goals with product roadmaps, business objectives, and user needs.• Deliver an end-to-end UX design process, from ideation to implementation. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, intuitive and delightful user experiences, and utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions.• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and leaders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. Build strong relationships and effective communication channels across the organization, and represent the UX team's perspective in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.• Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
