About the People Function 🧑‍🤝‍🧑✨

Our People Function is expanding! We view Employee Experience as our core product and employment as a subscription service. Your role is crucial as we build our people tech stack and optimize processes for rapid growth. Help us accelerate the global shift to carbon-neutral energy.

Where and how you’d work 🌎🏠

Based in Antwerp, this hybrid role offers flexibility with 1-2 office days per week. Collaborate in person and enjoy the freedom of remote work. Our flagship office is in Antwerp, with additional locations in London, Reading, Austin, and Melbourne.

What you'll do in your first 6- 12 months 🦍 🎯

  • Successfully onboard into our culture, team, and role.
  • Conduct a gap analysis on our policies and handbook for Belgium.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders in all functions and Data Rangers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees in Customer, Product, and Operations, providing guidance on career growth, workplace concerns, and HR-related needs across Europe and the UK.
  • Work closely with People Partner US and the the People Team to design and ship solutions for top priorities for 2025; employee onboarding, our new levels, compensation and performance management approach, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Belonging strategy and roadmap.

What You'll Need 👩‍💻🎒

  • A strong background in one or more of Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or People Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of Belgian labor law and experience converting these into employee-friendly policies and processes.
  • The desire and ability to problem solve with you peer in Austin, Texas and the rest of the People Team.
  • The ability to bring humanity to employee relations concerns.
  • Ability to take People Solutions from ideation to execution and iteration.
  • Experience advising leadership on strategic and tactical people topics.
  • Collaboration with People Operations to automate monotonous tasks.
  • Self-reflection and the ability to guide others in their personal development.
  • The ability to care personally and challenge directly in conversations with colleagues.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth SaaS scale-up (preferably Series B to D).
