Job DescriptionTrust & Estates Associate AttorneyEstablished law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team!Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:3+ years experience in trust, estates and probate. Experience in high-net-worth trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, federal estate tax returns preferred Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters Strong academic background preferred Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment Licensed and in good standing with the state bar Must have a protable book of business.
