Job Title: Litigation / Regulatory ParalegalLocation: Washington, DC (Hybrid-Telework Schedule)Our firm is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Litigation / Regulatory Paralegal to join our legal team and provide support to our attorneys located in six office locations. This position is based in our Washington, DC office and offers a hybrid-telework schedule, offering flexibility for our team members.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct research on case laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support attorneys in their legal proceedings.• Assist in organizing and managing legal documents, including filing, indexing, and retrieving case files.• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts under attorney supervision.• Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and assisting in gathering necessary information.• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and managing trial logistics.• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assist in the development of strategies to address regulatory issues.
