We also have continuous coaching andguidance once you join our team.This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earnbetween30-80%of your production.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates• Partner with clients to assist in fillingurgent position(s)• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placement• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials• Cold call,qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in thenegotiation of job offers• Conduct reference checks on candidatesRequirements:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Consistently perform high outbound activityto source clients and candidates• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset• Effective negotiation skills• A degree is preferred but not required• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirementsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset,is goal-oriented, hasacompetitive spirit,and thrives on the opportunity to have unlimited earning potential in a commission-driven position.We believe we have one of the most unique and gratifying opportunities, both personally andprofessionally,while providinga company culture that is unmatched! We are extremelycompetitive, client-focused,and realize that our value is inour ability to deliver the right solutions at theright time.Starting pay begins $50,000 annually, with a commission quota of $160,000 annually. In addition, youwould be eligible to earn commissions,which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually.
