Grafana Labs is seeking a passionate Education Architect to drive customer training and enablement in observability, working within their Professional Services team.
Skills
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Project management proficiency
- Experience with Grafana stack is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and scope training needs with customers
- Develop and deliver computer-based training and hands-on labs
- Assist curriculum development with educational materials review
- Plan customer training engagement schedules
- Continuously improve training content and provide feedback
