Grammarly, a leading AI writing assistance company, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Marketing Technology team. The ideal candidate will help shape marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and optimize marketing campaigns through the application of advanced algorithms.

Skills

Solid software engineering fundamentals
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for ad optimization tasks
Strong proficiency in Python and its ML tools and frameworks
Experience in the Ad Optimization domain

Responsibilities

Building scalable end-to-end machine learning solutions for challenging marketing problems
Assisting Growth EPD and Marketing teams in making data-driven decisions
Driving multiple topline KPIs such as LTV/CAC, user activation, retention rates, and revenue
