Business Development Manager

Company  is a licensed professional agency in Poland specializing in staff outsourcing, recruitment, and temporary workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

· identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients for all services agency

· determination of the terms of cooperation and estimation of the cost of the project

· signing contracts with clients

· carrying out a set number of scheduled calls or meetings with potential clients

· working in CRM and updating information there

  • Experience in sales of services
  • Knowledge of topics in the HR industry, including the temporary labor market.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques consistent with current market trends.
  • Working Languages : Polish
  • English at least B2
  • Advanced Google, Excel, PC Proficiency in high level
  • Fixed part 4000 - 6000 PLN monthly net + bonuses depending on the work
  • Country/Time zone : Poland/ CET

· Working hours: 9-17 on weekdays

  • Annual paid vacation according to local legislation
  • Travel: very occasional travel to clients office or factory, participation in exhibitions (after passing the probation period)
  • Full-time employee (termless contract)
