The Opportunity As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of MongoDB. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions. What You'll Be Doing Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end usersGrow a current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospectingManage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & ServicesDevelop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnershipsBuild a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach What You'll Bring To The Role 3 years of quota-carrying field sales experience with a focus on closing new workloads and expanding accounts. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates. MongoDB's base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $120,000-$120,000 USD
