Guided by a shared purpose of helping people love the place where they live, we have a diverse portfolio of brands and solutions that cover all stages of the living journey. We develop technologies and innovation to transform and boost the entire living experience.

The Grupo QuintoAndar was born to do something very rewarding: open doors. We opened doors so that technology could become part of living. And through it, we simplify and debureaucratize the experience for those looking for a new home. That's how we became the most valuable proptech in Latin America, leading the real estate market in around six countries and more than 75 cities around the globe.

After conquering Brazil with a pioneering business model in the real estate rental and buying and selling market, we expanded into the international market by acquiring Grupo Navent, which holds the number 1 ranking in Mexico (Inmuebles24 full), Argentina (Zonaprop), Peru (Adondevivir & Urbania) and Ecuador (Plusvalia) - among others. We offer an end-to-end ecosystem to make life easier for those looking to rent or buy a home, sell a property and unblock a transaction. Think zero paperwork or bureaucracy: everything happens on a single platform, with transparency and speed alongside close, humanized support.

We are currently valued at over US$5.1 billion and continue to grow 4x year on year, breaking records.

To make all this happen, we have more than 4,000 talented people, working with cutting-edge technology and the best design practices to guarantee a perfect experience throughout the sales and rental process, combined with intelligent financial products. Here you will work with the best professionals in the market, in an environment that breathes innovation, collaboration and high performance.
