About the Role
We’re looking for a special individual to focus on enabling the teams that drive the growth and success of our customer base. This role is designed to evaluate, design and implement programs for our CX and Account Management Team. You’ll be a key strategic partner to CX Leadership, CX Ops, Product Growth, Marketing and the wider GTM Enablement team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Programs & CX Leadership establish program objectives, success metrics and milestones with a focus in your specialized area of the growth of our customer base.
- Develop a set of playbooks for the Account Managers (AMs) to influence Cross-sell/Upsell ARR.
- Partner with the Enablement Effectiveness Manager to prepare monthly & quarterly reviews with data identifying program strengths and opportunities to Leadership
- Design Manager Enablement material to support the continuous coaching and improvement of the plays and best practices established in team and 1:1 settings
- Ensure programs are scalable and accessible in alignment with the broader enablement programs for Growth generating teams at Lattice
- Partner with CX Ops & Rev Ops to ensure that plays and new processes are adopted, measured and implemented in tools like Gainsight, Salesforce.com and, Sendoso for accessibility
- Partner with the GTM Onboarding Manager to influence and enrich onboarding programs in your area of expertise
- Capture feedback on programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience operating in a Quota Carrying role
- Preferred Experience building programs and playbooks in support of Sales or CX orgs at a SaaS company
- Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization
- Impeccable organization and prioritization skills to accommodate the balance of running multiple projects and programs
- Metrics focused, to accomplish both project, program effectiveness and team goals
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
- Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment
