GTM Enablement Manager | Top of Funnel

About the Role

The GTM Enablement Manager, Top of Funnel is a critical role for Lattice as we continue to scale the team and drive the company’s mission of making work meaningful for employees around the world. This role would be responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing programs for our Sales Team, with a goal influencing pipeline generation. If you’re the type of person that gets excited by finding creative ways to message, position and capture prospects' attention this may be the role for you. We’re looking for a passionate individual who wants to make an impact on our Sales team’s growth and careers. You’ll be a key strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Rev Ops, Marketing and the wider GTM Enablement team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Dev & Sales Leadership establish program objectives, success metrics and milestones with a focus in your specialized area of Top of Funnel activities & Positioning.
  • Develop a set of playbooks for the Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), to influence outbound pipeline generation across new verticals.
  • Partner with the Enablement Effectiveness Manager to prepare monthly & quarterly reviews with data identifying program strengths and opportunities to Leadership
  • Design Manager Enablement material to support the continuous coaching and improvement of the plays and best practices established in team and 1:1 settings
  • Ensure programs are scalable and accessible in alignment with the broader enablement programs for pipeline generating teams at Lattice
  • Partner with Rev Ops to ensure that plays and new processes are adopted, measured and implemented in tools like Outreach, ChiliPiper, Sendoso and Salesforce.com for accessibility
  • Partner with the GTM Onboarding Manager to influence and enrich onboarding programs 
  • Capture feedback on programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or other directly relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience operating in a Pipeline Generating role 
  • Preferred Experience building programs and playbooks in support of Sales orgs at a SaaS company
  • Passion for empowering others, and demonstrating impact to the organization 
  • Impeccable organization and prioritization skills to accommodate the balance of running multiple projects and programs
  • Metrics focused, to accomplish both project, program effectiveness and team goals
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across all internal teams
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed programs and resources
