Lead Preschool Teacher - job 1 of 8

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a passionate Lead Guide (Teacher) for their Coppell location to support a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment, helping children gain independence and a love for learning.

Skills

Experience in early childhood education
Understanding of Montessori principles
Ability to communicate with parents
Skills in classroom management

Responsibilities

Observe and meet each child's physical, intellectual, and emotional needs
Prepare a Montessori environment that fosters concentration and independence
Provide individual and small-group lessons in practical skills, literacy, and math
Communicate and collaborate with parents to support each child's development

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
Montessori diploma preferred or willingness to obtain
