Opis stanowiska

  • Wspieranie, doradzanie, instruowanie i szkolenie Management Teamu w zakresie polityk relacji pracowniczych firmy, procedur i odpowiednich lokalnych przepisów prawa pracy i ich zmian, w miarę wprowadzania tych zmian wraz z dostarczaniem odpowiednich materiałów
  • Wspieranie Managerów w rozwiązywaniu problemów i skarg pracowników, aby zapobiec ich formalnej eskalacji
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z wymaganiami firmy oraz lokalnymi przepisami prawa
  • Wspieranie Managerów w procesie rozpatrywania skarg w charakterze neutralnego
    i bezstronnego partnera dającego rekomendacje dotyczące odpowiednich środków dyscyplinujących lub działań naprawczych
  • Wspieranie Managera naszego Centrum Dystrybucyjnego poprzez zapewnienie środowiska pracy zgodnego z lokalnymi przepisami i globalnymi zaleceniami
  • Uczestniczenie i wspieranie negocjacji związkowych, w tym sporządzanie raportów, zbieranie informacji w ramach przygotowań do negocjacji, przy jednoczesnym utrzymywaniu i rozwijaniu relacji ze związkami zawodowymi
  • Uczestnictwo w rozmowach i mediacjach z pracownikami w zależności od potrzeb
  • Promowanie kultury Inclusion & Diversity w naszym Centrum Dystrybucyjnym
  • Czynne uczestniczenie / wspieranie lokalnych inicjatyw zmian/wdrażania globalnych programów, które obejmują kwestie relacji pracowniczych

Kwalifikacje

  • Minimum 3 letnie doświadczenie w pracy z zakresu relacji pracowniczych i wszystkich spraw związanych z personelem, w tym doświadczenie w pracy ze związkami zawodowymi będzie kluczowe
  • Dobre zrozumienie lokalnego prawa pracy i innych przepisów m.in. ochrony danych osobowych
  • Silne umiejętności w zakresie komunikacji (prowadzenie trudnych rozmów), koordynacji, rozwiązywania konfliktów, środków dyscyplinujących i dochodzeń
    w miejscu pracy
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego oraz polskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
  • Holistyczne podejście, spojrzenie z szerszej perspektywy z wizją
  • „Agile mindset”, pozytywne nastawienie do zmian i znaczącego rozwoju
