The Elementary School Mathematics Teacher salary ranges from $63,000 - $145,000. Salaries are determined based on years of relevant experience, certification, and education level.

Promise Academy II Elementary is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Elementary Math Teacher (Grade 4) to join our vibrant team! At Promise Academy, part of the Harlem Children’s Zone, we are dedicated to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty through exceptional education and holistic support. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with education standards and spark curiosity in your students. You’ll assess student progress through diverse methods to tailor your instruction, ensuring every child feels supported and inspired. We believe in maintaining high academic and behavioral standards, so you’ll motivate your fourth graders to excel while creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll be collaborating with fellow educators and teaching assistants, building strong relationships with students and parents, and developing a community based on trust and open communication. Your typical workday runs from Monday to Friday, 7:40 am to 4:00 pm, and with a competitive salary range between $63,000 and $145,000 plus a fantastic benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and student loan forgiveness opportunities, it’s a rewarding opportunity you won’t want to miss.
