In this role, you will leverage your unique perspective to develop Power BI dashboards, create impactful customer-facing documents, and analyze sales trends. Your insights will drive smart, data-driven decisions that align with our vision of enhancing well-being through innovative solutions.Responsibilities Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights, supporting diverse teams in data-driven decision-making. Document & Presentation Creation: Produce high-quality materials that clearly communicate key information to a broad and diverse audience. Sales & Inventory Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth, with a focus on inclusive strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, valuing diverse perspectives to support our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, COGNOS, Power BI, and Salesforce. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysisQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in a sales analysis or similar role is preferred. Proven experience with Power BI and data analysis. Power BI Certification: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications can be beneficial and demonstrate a strong understanding of the tool.
