A Snapshot of Your Day

• Lead the sales andoperations (S&OP) planning process for all product workstreams includingparts, mods/ups, and new units
• Manage a team ofinternal planners that provide committed lead times to our sales teams andmaster plan a specific product workstream (i.e. parts, mods/ups, or new units)including both required internal plant capacity and required external supplychain capacity.
• Establish documentedprocesses for master planning including the interface points with all systemsand other teams (sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain)
• Manage internalcommitted ship dates on all quote, parts orders and projects
• Provide input toInventory team for managing safety stock to support sales requirements
• Define continuousimprovement initiatives and work with Business Excellence staff to executethese initiatives
• Serve as a member of thesite leadership team to have a voice in important decisions for the entiresite.
• Work in a fast pacedenvironment.

How You’ll Make anImpact

As Head of Order Management, you will have theopportunity to support our organization across a variety of projects andinitiatives During this time, you will:

• Ensure efficient capacity planning for the entire site and supporting supply chain under consideration of short and long term sales forecasts.
• Analyze business wide data patterns and trends to ensure critical inventory planning.
• Ensure both proper quoted lead times and define market competitive lead times

What You Brin

• Bachelors degree with aminimum of 5 years experience in order execution processes
• Strongmechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools and their functions.
• Knowledgeor ERP and inventory planning systems and processes
• Excellentcommunication skills
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment and matrixed support team structure
