Account Executive

Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world class care. We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernise the way patients receive and clinicians provide care. Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.

We’ve recently raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US. Therefore we’re hiring our first ever Account Executive to supercharge our international expansion and US sales efforts of our clinical AI products. You will be a highly driven and motivated sales leader with a background in software and deep understanding of the healthcare industry to expand our footprint across larger clinic groups and health systems.  You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and US team, driving revenue in our largest market turning inbound prospects into our largest enterprise opportunities.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales strategy and playbooks to achieve and exceed revenue targets and US top down sales motion.

  • Steward our largest complex enterprise deals from end to end, nurturing leads in origination to contract negotiations and closing.

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads balanced with outbound prospecting for health systems and clinical groups.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of opportunities.

  • Initiate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, department heads, and decision makers understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives.

  • Solution-based selling thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor our product solutions accordingly.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our AI products so they can’t live without them.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide feedback from the market to the product and development teams to inform product enhancements and new feature development.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve team effectiveness.

What we’ll look for:

  • A strong executor and proven track record in software sales and healthcare 3-5+ years

  • Experience navigating complex deals and large enterprise opportunities

  • Solution oriented approach to selling based understanding  bigger picture and business objectives

  • Experience in building out sales processes, systems, playbooks and structuring  from scratch

  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Strong cognitive problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value and solutions to clinics.

  • Empathetic and values-aligned approach to sales, emphasizing trust-building and long-term relationships.

  • Team player, leadership and coaching ability as we build out the sales team with BDRs across defined territories

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Interest in healthcare and AI technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.

  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in task execution.
