In this role, you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique needs of our candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to source a variety of engineers, including Mechanical, Project, Commissioning, Controls, Process, and Civil engineers, as well as Construction Management professionals. Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and connecting with climate tech-focused communities and resources, you will also reach out to communities of underrepresented talent to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. Your creativity will shine as you create and manage highly effective outreach campaigns, presenting our company and opportunities in an exceptionally positive light.To excel in this role, you must have significant experience sourcing candidates for fast-growth tech companies and be adept at finding a variety of hardware engineers. Your background in recruiting and sourcing at fast-moving startups will enable you to handle high levels of ambiguity and pivot quickly when search criteria change. Excellent written communication skills, high organization, and attention to detail are essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to move quickly to meet the demands of our rapidly evolving industry.
