POSITION SUMMARY

If so, we would like to talk with you about our Senior Account Manager opportunity!
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading agency relationships with corporate clients, luxury and fashion brands, and DOW 30 companies. As a member of the Client Services Team, you will nurture and deepen existing client relationships and work with various teams across the organization to ensure the seamless delivery of projects and programs that align with clients’ business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders and manage day-to-day account interactions.
· Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals including our archival team, research team, project management, creative, media, finance, and billing. Create and present account briefs to client teams.
· Confidently pitch conceptual proposals and champion solutions to senior-level client contacts.
· Work to onboard and set the strategy for new clients and collaborate with existing clients to understand their business, communication needs, and brand strategies.
· Surface new opportunities with clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop related project scopes and proposals.
· Lead communications with clients – verbal and written, including regular executive updates, tailored to a client’s specific needs.
· Set expectations with clients that incorporate realistic internal deadlines and work with client teams to ensure that delivery aligns with expectations.
· Work with project team to ensure all project activity aligns with the client’s strategy throughout the engagement and serve as a final quality check before deliverables are sent to clients.
· Travel to visit client sites in-person, as needed.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
· Six – eight years of client service and brand strategy experience, with demonstrated success of growing high-level client relationships, resulting in new business opportunities.
· Prior experience managing blue chip or Fortune 500 clients is highly preferred, along with agency environment experience.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in communicating at all levels of an organization.
· Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information with a commitment to quality and accuracy in work product.
· Self-starter attitude that shows initiative and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
LOCATION
· Ideally looking to hire in either Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Dallas, Atlanta, or San Francisco)
· Potential travel up to 20%
