As a CRM Designer you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. As part of our newly formed CRM squad, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented CRM Designer to elevate the visual impact of our customer communications. 

In this role, you will design and develop on-brand, high-performing email templates and assets to support acquisition, retention, and referral initiatives. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌸

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Design visually engaging, responsive email templates aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CRM squad (Senior CRM Manager, Executive and Copywriter) to create cohesive, impactful customer journeys.
  • Optimise designs for performance, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Lead to the creative direction of CRM assets across onboarding, nurture, retention, and referral campaigns.

📜 Relevant Experience: Proven experience designing for email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive designs.

💡 Design Tools:  Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and basic HTML/CSS for email development.

🔑 Detailed Led: A keen eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence in all deliverables.

🌟 Team Work: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

You will be working and reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager - Melanie Nordman. You’ll also work with the growth and marketing team, our Founders and across our whole business.

Flexibility in this Role

We are looking for someone to work with us for between 16 and 24 hours per week.  We’re flexible in terms of what this looks like, our operating hours are between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday so as long as your hours fit into this time slot we can make it work - whether it’s 5 short days, 2 longer days or anything in between!
