Who You Are: 


You are looking for an opportunity to bring your data-centric, organized, and strategic thinking to a role that allows you to impact the success of others.  You’ll get the opportunity to constantly be part of the largest affiliate initiatives, leveraging automations to be the catalyst to launches and evergreen campaigns. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. 


To be successful in this role, you will exemplify our “affiliate-focused” ethos, demonstrating best in class action-biased actions while implementing structures to create efficiency and automations. You will  have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you collaborate with a team of affiliate program managers and an entire marketing team. Your responsibilities will include creating automations, creating spreadsheets, auditing a variety of technical and operational processes and campaigns, and proposing ways to improve and optimize current campaigns. 


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manages and oversees all core projects within the Affiliate Program Department processes and changes.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract customers to our company website, trial programs, expansion initiatives, and general online presence.
  • Partner with a variety of teams to analyze sales statistics and identify areas to optimize performance.
  • Work alongside the director to manage the department KPI metrics by creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the senior leadership team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts using gathered data and marketplace trends.
  • Assist in the development of quotas for the affiliate team. 
  • Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.
  • Assist with assessment and implementation of improvements to back-office processes by supporting the internal team. 
  • Assist with development of operational solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Understands business processes and acts as subject matter expert on the department's use of systems, reports & tools.
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration while demonstrating technical acumen to convert plans into workable solutions. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and leaders to create and confirm efficient workflows and relationships to ensure visibility and alignment on best practices, risks, and changes that impact processes and timelines.
  • Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Works directly with the Director of Affiliate Programs to implement organizational strategies and goals as related to technology, processes, and management
  • Testing and QA the accuracy, functionality, and flow of campaigns and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage operations workflow including but not limited to updating campaign material, integrating third-party tracking and attribution tracking
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate recruitment strategies
  • Partner in the integration of Affiliate Tracking with HighLevel, FirstPromoter, Zapier, Stripe, and our company data warehouse
  • Assists in editing and optimizing reporting (Pendo, HighLevel, FirstPromoter) as well as automations (Zapier, HighLevel, FreshDesk) in accordance with the ever evolving needs of the company.

  • Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Business Development or equivalent work experience, preferably in the saas industry
  • 2+ years in an operational analyst role, software project management experience or technical SaaS support. 
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings
  • Ability to handle the ambiguity that arises from time to time in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders with varying priorities and multiple projects.
  • Prior experience utilizing various software integrations (Zapier, Freshworks, ClickUp, HighLevel etc)
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets at an advanced level
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail
  • A basic to advanced understanding of CSS, HTML and/or API is not required for the position, however, it is a major plus for applicants of this role
  • ••Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems a plus
