About the Role
At Highspot, we move fast, think big, and bring passion to everything we do. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of it all—partnering with our Corporate function teams (Finance & Accounting, IT & Security, Legal, HR/Recruiting, and Marketing) to build high-performing teams and drive meaningful business impact.
We make it happen—this role is for a proactive, high-energy HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of challenges. You’ll obsess over the customer by deeply understanding the needs of our leaders and employees, designing solutions that elevate engagement, development, and performance. With a collaborative mindset, you’ll coach leaders, navigate complex people dynamics, and drive initiatives that shape the future of our teams.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership of corporate functions and report to the Vice President, HR.
Base salary range: $118,000 - $191,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
