Collaborate with the Americas Marketing Teams to create a seamless experience for hotels that are part of our program. Engage in establishing the new Hotel Level Marketing undertaking at Hilton. Champion the marketing requirements of hotel associates to influence the progression of the Hotel Level Marketing scheme.Your qualifications align seamlessly with the requirements of this role:Qualifications of Hospitality Marketing Director:A wealth of five years of professional involvement in premium management consulting, marketing agency, or marketing/strategy/business operations capacity within a rapidly expanding worldwide label. Proficiency in supervising multi-faceted performance marketing campaigns spanning paid search, social media, metasearch, and email platforms. Competent in leveraging analytics to drive key strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to exert influence across various echelons within a matrixed organizational setup, including interactions with top-level executives. Provision for a potential hybrid work model at either Addison, Texas, or McLean, Virginia offices for local candidates, with a requirement for a three-day weekly office presence.
