As a Hospitality Marketing Director, you will be under the direction of the Director of Hotel Level Marketing - Services and Operations. Examine market and hotel-specific trends to optimize marketing outcomes. Supervise multiple creative projects to ensure they meet deadlines and meet the requirements of the hotel. Develop enduring relationships with hotels, stakeholders, and agency collaborators. Serve as the primary intermediary among all partners, conveying campaign insights, progress, risks, prospects, and schedules.Forming partnerships with colleagues requires effective coordination and cooperation to enhance productivity and generate successful outcomes:Your role involves serving as the main liaison between the designated hotels and our organization to ensure their marketing needs are being addressed effectively. Collaborate with the Americas Marketing Teams to create a seamless experience for hotels that are part of our program. Manage partners within the Americas Marketing division and across Marketing and Loyalty, working closely with external agency partners and acting as their primary contact personWhat are the projects that you will take charge of?:Craft strategies for promoting and assess the outcomes of marketing efforts to cater to the demands of hotels while also confronting the hurdles and advantages they face. Engage in establishing the new Hotel Level Marketing undertaking at Hilton. Champion the marketing requirements of hotel associates to influence the progression of the Hotel Level Marketing scheme.Your qualifications align seamlessly with the requirements of this role:Qualifications of Hospitality Marketing Director:A wealth of five years of professional involvement in premium management consulting, marketing agency, or marketing/strategy/business operations capacity within a rapidly expanding worldwide label. Proficiency in supervising multi-faceted performance marketing campaigns spanning paid search, social media, metasearch, and email platforms. Competent in leveraging analytics to drive key strategic decisions. Demonstrated ability to exert influence across various echelons within a matrixed organizational setup, including interactions with top-level executives. Provision for a potential hybrid work model at either Addison, Texas, or McLean, Virginia offices for local candidates, with a requirement for a three-day weekly office presence.
