Channel Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead our Channel Marketing team. This dynamic role involves spearheading strategy, planning, and sharing execution for a variety of initiatives that support WisdomTree’s integrated Sales and Marketing distribution efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on collaboration while maintaining the ability to independently drive results. 

 


Success in this role would be achieved by:
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Create and implement highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and meet key business objectives. 
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure alignment and optimize campaign success. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Marketing andSales deepening relationships and ensuring seamless communication. 
  • Industry and Proprietary Events:Plan for and attend firm specific conferences and events if needed 
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the impact of Marketing initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI. 
  • Adherence of Regulatory Oversight: Manage legal, compliance, and partner-firm approval processes to ensure all materials meet required standards. 
  • Visibility and Leadership: Represent Marketing in cross-functional presentations and discussions with Sales teams, reinforcing consistent messaging. 
  • Competitive trends:Monitor competitive trends and best practices  


Experience and required skill set:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, with a knowledge or understanding of wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, and RIA channels. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication expertise. 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment. 
  • Client-focused orientation with an ability to balance empathy, thoughtfulness, and conviction. 
  • Familiarity with evolving marketing technologies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. 


$110,000 - $120,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package.  Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
