THE OPPORTUNITY
Hint is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who is passionate about customer relationships and driving growth in the competitive beverage market. The RSM role at Hint will lead the external distributor partner relationship for their respective region and function as the Company's primary representative for the retailers they represent. While the primary focus is ensuring the achievement of annual revenue and profit targets, this role also involves managing existing businesses and spearheading the development of new business opportunities. Additionally, this person will have a high level of interaction with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction, educate on product line and category developments and trends, as well as maintain a full understanding of key customers’ organizations.
