We value in-person teamwork and believe the best ideas happen together. Our team is expected to be in the office five days a week in Palo Alto, CA, unless explicitly noted otherwise in the job description.

About the Role:

As a Clinical GTM Recruiter (Contract) at Hippocratic AI, you will play a critical role in building our team by hiring exceptional talent who bridge clinical expertise and go-to-market (GTM) capabilities. This role focuses on recruiting nurses with customer success (CS) experience, blending healthcare knowledge with business acumen. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality talent that drives our mission of transforming healthcare. This is an initial 3-month contract position, with potential for extension based on performance and hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process for roles focused on nurses with customer success (CS) experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of clinical candidates with strong GTM skills in customer success, account management, or similar roles.

  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand specific hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for clinical expertise (e.g., nursing qualifications) and GTM competencies (e.g., client-facing and strategic skills).

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide hiring teams with actionable market insights, including trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey through transparent and timely communication.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of recruiting experience, with a strong clinical and GTM hiring track record.

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns or projects.

  • GTM Expertise: Experience recruiting candidates for customer success, account management, or other GTM roles in healthcare or health tech.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines for niche roles.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Nice to Haves:

  • Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with nursing qualifications and certifications (e.g., RN, BSN).
