We value in-person teamwork and believe the best ideas happen together. Our team is expected to be in the office five days a week in Palo Alto, CA, unless explicitly noted otherwise in the job description.

About the Role: 

The Vice President of Sales will spearhead our efforts to penetrate the optometry market, leveraging our groundbreaking solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies. This role is a senior individual contributor position. You will engage deeply with optometry practices to uncover their needs and demonstrate the transformative impact of Hippocratic AI’s technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a bold, strategic sales plan to capture market share and revolutionize the optometry field.

  • Forge lasting relationships with optometry practices, organizations, and key influencers, becoming a trusted partner in their success.

  • Leverage market intelligence and insights to uncover high-impact opportunities and position our solutions as indispensable tools.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure offerings are tailored to exceed client expectations and solve their most pressing challenges.

  • Utilize performance metrics and client feedback to refine your approach, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the optometry market.

  • Build and maintain relationships with optometry practices, organizations, and key influencers.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments to drive strategic opportunities.

Qualifications
