In this role, you’ll be a joining a growing events team, helping us to increase awareness of Honeycomb to our ICP in EMEA while generating leads through events and other campaigns.

What you will do in the role
  • Assisting, accelerating, and creating sales opportunities to drive revenue through custom events, field initiatives and other campaigns, by working directly with the sales team to identify customers & prospects from target accounts
  • Partner with key stakeholders from sales, design, product marketing, and events to bring innovative campaigns to life with our known cohorts.
  • Understand sales strategies at the regional level and partner with product marketing, content, and events to develop tailored pipeline generation plans based on selected target accounts, including a salesplay and marketing mix of activities
  • Creating strategy and tactics to increase MQA to SQL conversion rates from Lead Gen programs - including A/B testing, new CTAs, content, etc.
  • Planning, producing, and executing 3rd party and 1st party events that are virtual and/or in-person
  • Supporting internal communication across multiple departments (sales, marketing, customer success) on expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, acquisition of attendee & sponsor lists, and performance
  • Collaborating with demand gen team on programs that drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity and engagement
  • Managing key metrics such as pipeline, influence revenue opportunity conversion, % net new contacts to db, etc.
  • Reporting on the impact that field events have on top target accounts, including account engagement and pipeline growth. This includes ensuring that attribution is being correctly and properly reported.
  • Training GTM teams on content, processes, and workflows surrounding field events and programs,
  • Aligning with key stakeholders, such as sales and PR to maximize value and accelerate deals
  • Assist leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed


What you'll bring
  • 3-5 years experience in event or field marketing, preferably in B2B SaS market
  • Experience developing and executing ABM strategies a plus
  • Experience working for a U.S. based company and collaborating with external partners, sales teams and other internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skillsExperience with Salesforce Experience Outreach, Asana, Highspot, and/or gifting platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in and a passion for converting amazing events into qualified leads driving the business forwardHighly organized and exceptional project management skills, especially to serve as coordination point for all of marketing to build and ensure data integrity against our team’s EMEA campaigns and efforts
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with the initiative to drive projects to completion independently

  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive, Slack with ability to learn new software quickly
  • Available to travel up to 40%
